The first step to getting started on your new look is to email me at polkadotdesignshoppe {at} yahoo.com I'll need a few things from you:
- Your blog address
- The package of your choice
- Wording for your header (names, scripture, etc.)
- Pictures (if you choose)
- Sidebar titles (if you choose)
- Your blogger email and password (this information can be changed before or after you share it with me if you choose to do so)
- Any other specifics you'd like included (I love Tahoma font, or you want your header in pink, etc.)
Once you take a look at the packages and pricing section to decide which package works best for you, then you'll want to browse my design partners page to choose a digital kit. A digital kit is what I will use to design your new look.
If you have a kit you'd like to use, but it isn't on my list of approved designers let me know and I will email the designer. I am always looking for new designers to work with.
How long does the design process take?
My turn around time is normally a few days once I have all of your information depending on my waiting list. Your name will be added to the wait list once I've received all of your information.
Who purchases the digital kit and who pays for it?
Depending on the designer and digital kit you choose kit fees will be from $3-8 dollars. Some designers charge an additional commercial use fee of $5-25 dollars. According to the designers Terms of Use I must be the one to purchase the kit and I will send you an invoice for the digital kit with your makeover.
Will I lose any posts or will my stat count be lost?
No, you will be able to post as usual and none of your information will be lost.
Can the photos in my header be changed?
Sure, I can change photos our for you. There is a $25 per hour fee to make any additional changes to your blog once it's loaded.
Once my blog design is loaded, is there a fee if I would like changes made?
I want you to love your new look-so with each makeover you will receive one free revision. Once I've loaded your blog I'll email you and give you a chance to take a look at it. Once you have seen your blog I ask that you send me one email with any changes you'd like made. There will not be any charges for changes made at that time. If you would like additional changes made after that time fees will be billed at $25 per hour.
